- Check your mailbox and other typical mail-receiving spots, as packages may be handled by different carriers during transit.
- Look around the porch.
- Investigate the garage.
- Inspect exterior doors and other potential drop-off spots where the package might be hidden, like under a mat or at a side entrance.
- Check with the front desk, reception area, or any designated receiving area in your building.
- Wait for up to five business days, as sometimes packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive.
- If you have not received your package after this period, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we will help you resolve the issue.
